Apply for Section 224C certificate

Use this form to apply for a subdivision completion certificate under Section 224(c) of the RMA.

No deposit is required at the time of lodgement. You will be charged for the processing of your application in accordance with our Resource consent fees.

Guidelines for consent applications

Before you apply, make sure:

• documents are provided in PDF format, not locked or password protected
• documents are less than 300MB and follow our file naming conventions
• drawings are presented in landscape view.
• you have documentation showing that you comply with the conditions of your consent (see your consent conditions for details)
• you have the consent holder’s written approval to act on their behalf (if applicable).
