Use this form, as a pool owner or installer, to register the existence of a residential swimming pool or small heated pool. 

All pool barriers (fencing) must be inspected and reported on every three years. Read more about regular safety checks of your pool fence and barrier.

Before you apply make sure:

• all required information supplied is complete
• documents, including photos of the pool, are provided in PDF format, not locked or password protected
• documents are less than 300MB and follow our file naming conventions
• drawings are presented in landscape view.
