No fee applies when submitting this application.

Guidelines for consent applications

Before you apply make sure:

• all required information supplied is complete
• you have before and after photos of your pool and compaction certification if the pool has been filled
• documents are provided in PDF format, not locked or password protected 
• documents are less than 300MB and follow our file naming conventions.
• you have the owner’s written approval to act on their behalf (if applicable)
• you provide us with details/photos to verify where the pool was originally located on the property (If you do not have a 'before' photo then your application may be delayed and a council officer may need to visit the site).
